2 cups walnuts
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp. coarse salt

1. In heavy based saucepan, melt butter over moderate heat.

2. Add spices, stir for 30 seconds.

3. Add the nuts and salt, cook, stirring until the nuts are lightly toasted, about 3 minutes.

4. Drain on paper towels.

5. Serve warm.
