Serves 4
2 pears
1 bag of rocket leaves
8 Brazil nuts
8 dates

For the sauce:
1 tablespoon of mustard
juice of ½ lime
6 tablespoons of olive oil

1. Wash the rocket leaves.
2. Cut the pear into thin slices and chop the dates.
3. Roughly chop or crush the Brazil nuts.
4. Combine everything.
5. Drizzle over the mixture of oil, mustard and lime juice before serving.
