Submit Recipe

If you have some favourite walnut recipes, please use this form to submit them for possible inclusion on the AWIA web site.

 Please send us an email with the following information:

1. Who you are and how to contact you. 
2. The recipe itself (either metric or imperial measures are OK).
3. Important: please lets us know the source of the recipe.  

The source of the recipe will be acknowledged with the recipe but we need you to tell us how much personal contact information you would like included (e.g.. "Nelly from Wodonga").
