A Hint about Walnuts in Stir Fries

A good stir fry needs a combination of colours, flavours and textures.

Whether it is a stir fry with just vegetables or with meats such as chicken or beef with various vegetables, adding some broken up fresh Australian walnut kernels near the end of the stir frying adds not an additional subtle flavour but gives that extra variation in texture that enhances the whole meal experience.
