Walnut Recipes

During a study tour to south western France along the "Route des Noix" ("Walnut Highway"), participants found that every restaurant they visited had several dishes using walnuts in some form or another on their menus.

However, due to a major mental lapse, no effort was made at the time to collect these recipes.
