Two new Walnut Processing Facilities for Victoria: Success for two separate groups in obtaining grants from the FOOD PROCESSING IN REGIONAL AUSTRALIA PROGRAM (FPRAP) to establish regional walnut processing facilities in Violet Town (Goulburn Valley Walnuts Pty Ltd) (updated 1/5/08) and Koraleigh (QWP Pty Ltd).
An open source "Universal Nut Sheller". Developed by the Full Belly Project, it was designed for shelling peanuts but, if it works for these irregularly shaped nuts, it should also be useable with walnuts! More detailed information in this link.
